It seems like every single day is now packed with new announcements in the New York tech community (ICYMI: Tech:NYC announced its expanded Board yesterday!). Today, we have more big news for you:
The official calendar for New York Tech Week, from Oct. 16 – 22, went live this morning, with more than 200 events scheduled across the city to celebrate the vibrancy of the NYC tech ecosystem.
For our part, Tech:NYC is excited to be hosting a dozen events throughout the week in partnership with Joby Aviation, Revel, Edelman, WeWork, and more member companies. More details to be announced soon.
Explore the full calendar so far here — and stay tuned for Tech:NYC’s own guide for all the ways to meet our member companies throughout the week!
While we have you, here’s our main attraction: Tech:NYC Founder House will welcome Cohort 2 for an entire week-long residency during New York Tech Week, inviting 40 early-stage founders to connect and collaborate with investors, industry experts and — most importantly — each other.
Founders accepted to the House will get their own exclusive track of New York Tech Week programming, including curated meetings with investors and experts on product design, fundraising, talent acquisition, and more.
So far, Eniac Ventures, Carta, Justworks, Thoropass, Innovatemap, and other special guests are signed on as strategic partners for Cohort 2.
If you’re an early-stage founder in New York and would like to join the next Founder House, be sure to apply via this short form no later than Sunday, Sept. 17.
