November 2024 Startup Newsletter

November is done and we can’t help but marvel at the momentum in NYC’s tech scene. From dynamic conversations to unforgettable connections, this month has been one for the books. conversations to unforgettable connections, the month has been one for the books.

The highlight? The SEEN Summit. On November 20, we gathered to celebrate underrepresented founders and mark the first anniversary of the Venture Access Alliance. The energy in the room was unmatched, with the unveiling of the SEEN 50 spotlighting founders poised to make waves in 2024.

With Thanksgiving behind us, we also want to take a moment to express our gratitude for this incredible community. Your drive, collaboration, and innovation are what make NYC a hub for possibility.

While this is the last monthly update of 2024, it’s also the last monthly update by me. After four unforgettable years, I’ll be moving on from Tech:NYC, and my last day will be December 20. I hope you’ll connect with me on Linkedin for updates on whats next, and I hope you’ll reach out if ever I can help. In the meantime, I’ll see you out and about at all the terrific tech events and initiatives in the greatest city in the world.

Here’s to ending a great 2024 with more opportunities to connect, collaborate. Let’s finish strong!

Tech:NYC has partnered with M13 Ventures to launch an important ecosystem survey designed to gather insights directly from founders about their experiences building companies in New York City.

We'd love for you to take ~5 minutes to complete this to help us understand the state of the ecosystem from a founder perspective.
