Harry Kargman is the founder and CEO of Kargo, a firm that manages mobile brand advertising for major media companies, including CBS Interactive, Hearst, The Daily Mail, Meredith, Scripps, Target Corporation, T-Mobile, Vice, and Vox. Launched in 1999 to build a platform for the mobile web, Kargo reached 45 employees before becoming a victim of the dot-com bust in 2001 when it exhausted its capital and downsized to two employees. A grant from New York City saved the TriBeCa-based company after 9/11, and it has since rebuilt itself as the leader in mobile brand advertising. Inc. magazine named Kargo as one of the country’s fastest growing companies in 2015. In addition to his role at Kargo, Kargman serves on the Ad Council’s board of directors.

Jessica Rovello is the co-founder and CEO of Arkadium, a maker of casual online games used by some of the world’s largest brands for user engagement and retention. Launched in 2001, the company counts Cox Media, Hearst, Comcast, Microsoft, and USA Today among its clients. Although based in New York, the company maintained its largest game studio with a staff of over 100 in Simferopol, Crimea. After Russia invaded Crimea in 2014, U.S. sanctions made it illegal for Arkadium to continue operating there. Rather than close, Rovello and her co-founder, husband, and then-CEO, Kenny Rosenblatt, decided to move the studio across the border into Russia at the request of employees who wanted to join the country. Before being named Arkadium’s CEO in 2015, Rovello served as the company’s President.
