Tech:NYC Policy Labs bring together technologists and policymakers to explore the potential of cutting-edge technology.Join us for an evening on Blockchain 101, where you'll learn what it is, how it works, and what potential it holds for policymakers. Blockchain 101 will feature a keynote by Kathryn Harrison, Global Product Manager at IBM Blockchain.Afterwards, we invite you to stay for drinks, snacks, and interactive demos by local blockchain startups.
