Many of you joined amicus briefs in litigation opposing President Trump’s immigration travel bans earlier this year. Opportunity now exists to join two more and we urge you to do so.Background: As probably you know, a district court in Maryland and a district court in Hawaii each issued an injunction barring implementation of version 2.0 of the travel ban Executive Order. The government has appealed both decisions, and amicus briefs in support of the challengers are due on April 19 and 21, respectively.If you are interested in joining a tech company brief in those two cases, please let us know ASAP (by no later than COB Friday April 14) by replying to this and we will connect you with the attorneys who are writing the briefs, which will be very similar to the one filed in the 9th Circuit referenced and linked to in this article.Many thanks,Julie
