That’s a wrap on 2022, and what a year it’s been. To be sure, it’s been another year of many highs and, as ever, a number of new challenges — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.To mark the year, I wanted to be sure you saw that Tech:NYC just released its 2022 Year in Review, organized as a list of reasons we’re all in on tech in New York. One hundred of them, to be exact.

In many ways, New York is at a critical inflection point. As startups balance scalability and longevity; as investors double down here; as employers of all sizes navigate market uncertainties; and as the city as a whole transitions from economic recovery to long-term resiliency — we’re united in our commitment to the success of the ecosystem we’ve built here.That mission is why original research became a top priority for us this year — we launched Innovation Indicators and updated a suite of other insights to ensure our member companies and city leaders alike had the most current datasets available to inform our path forward. With those inputs now in place, we look forward to building on them in 2023 to create a one-stop, citywide resource hub that proves what we’ve known all along: New York remains the most attractive place to build and grow a tech company.We’re excited for your continued partnership in 2023.Jason
